In an Enzogenol study on migraine patients with a long term history of migraine, that had previously failed to respond to various approaches of pharmacological treatment, were given 1200 mg of Enzogenol, 600 mg vitamin C and 300 IU vitamin E per day for 3 months.
No adverse events were noticed in this study.
Taking 1200 mg of Enzogenol per day was well tolerated.
The data indicated that supplementation was associated with beneficial effects on parameters of migraine attack frequency and severity.
